At Dyra, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's polos and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully, as we are an online-only store.

All Sales Are Final:
We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy:
You can exchange your women's polo within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The tags must be attached and uncut.
  • The original Dyra packaging must be included.

Items that are used, damaged, or have been altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

Price Adjustments During Sales:
If you are exchanging an item purchased during a sale or promotion, the exchange will be processed at the new discounted price, not the original purchase price.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective polo, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by sending a message to 0328-2852554 on WhatsApp. If your claim is accepted:

  • We will issue a coupon code of equal value to be used on your next online purchase.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
  • Processing your claim may take 1–2 weeks.

How to Exchange an Item:
We will arrange for a pickup and send the replacement item directly to you.

To proceed, WhatsApp us at 0328-2852554 with the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Polo You Want to Exchange
  4. New Polo Size/Style
  5. Reason for Exchange
  6. A clear video showing the polo with tags attached and in original condition

 

Important Notes:
Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

If you purchased a women's polo at full price, the exchange will be processed at the current price listed on the website.
